This website (orbita.dev.cwg.it) is owned by the company Movimoda One S.r.l., with headquarters in Via Rampognana, 1 - 42020 San Paolo d’Enza (RE).
In this Policy we explain what cookies are and the different ways they are used on our website.
Some cookies (so-called own cookies or first-party cookies) are sent and controlled directly by us. The Company uses these cookies to collect and processes certain personal data about you. The Cookies Policy provided in this page explains how we collect this data, for what purposes, and your rights in these matters, in keeping with Article 13 of Italian Legislative decree 196 of 30 June 2003 (the “Privacy Code”) and Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (the “Regulation”). In what follows, we refer to the Regulation and Privacy Code collectively as the “current privacy legislation”.
Other cookies (so-called third-party cookies) are sent and controlled by third parties. This Policy includes links to the information published by these third parties, which we ask you to read carefully.
1) Cookies present on this site
2) What are cookies and how are they used?
Cookies are small text files. Some of these are sent directly to the user’s device (usually to the browser) from the sites the user visits (so-called first-party cookies). These cookies are memorised in the user’s browser and are then retransmitted to the same sites as the user continues their visits. While browsing a website, the user may also receive cookies from other sites or web servers (so-called third-party cookies). This happens when the web pages contain elements such as links, images, maps, sounds or other content from the web pages of domains residing on servers other than that of the page currently being visited. The third-party cookies are the ones sent by these websites, other than the one you are visiting.
Cookies can have a limited duration of a single browsing session (so-called session cookies). In this case they are automatically deactivated when the user closes the browser. Other cookies can have a predetermined expiry date; they remain stored and active on your device until that time, continuing to collect information during different browsing sessions (so-called permanent cookies). Cookies have different functions. Some are necessary to allow you to browse the website and take advantage of its features (so-called technical cookies). Others are used to obtain individual or aggregate statistical information on the number of users accessing the site and they ways they use it (so-called analytics cookies).
Finally, others are used to trace the user’s consumer profile and to activate advertisements which could be of interest, on the basis of observed tastes and consumption habits (so-called profiling cookies).
In the following sections of this Policy we explain more about how these different categories of cookies work and what they are for, so that you can choose freely whether to agree to their use on our website.
3) Technical cookies
Technical cookies are used for the sole purpose of making it possible for you to navigate on the site and use its functions. These are first-party cookies, meaning they are always sent directly by us from the website.
Some of these (so-called navigation cookies) ensure the correct operation of the browsing experience, and allow you to authenticate your identity, for example to enter your private area or make a purchase on the site. The cookies that serve in the browsing experience are usually session cookies, meaning that they are automatically disabled when you close your browser.
Other technical cookies (so-called feature cookies) serve in allowing you to store preferences (for example, language or country of origin) without having to reset them during subsequent visits (so-called feature cookies). For this reason, technical cookies are often persistent cookies, meaning that they remain stored on your computer even after you close the browser, until they eventually expire or you decide to delete them.
Under current privacy legislation, the installation of these technical cookies does not require your prior consent, however you remain free to block their installation. This can be done by changing your browser settings (see section 6, below). Please note that if you block the installation of technical cookies or subsequently delete them, this may result in completely or partially disabling your access to the site, the ability to or use all or parts of it, to enable or disable certain functions, and to receive certain services.
4) Analytics cookies
So-called “analytics cookies” are used to collect individual or aggregate statistical information about the number of users accessing the site and the ways they use it.
The analytics cookies on this site are third-party cookies, meaning that they are sent by third parties rather than by our Company. These cookies are not anonymised, meaning that third parties may use them to access disaggregated analytics data at the IP address level. In other words, by using these cookies, third parties could theoretically trace your identity through your IP address.
If you give permission for the installation of cookies, we will track your consent through a special technical cookie. This operation prevents you from having the information banner displayed during subsequent visits to the site. (Please note that if you delete the technical cookies from your browser in the manner described in section 6, the record of your consent will be lost and you will see the banner during your next visit.)
You remain free to block the installation of analytics cookies, however this may prevent full access to the site or block your full enjoyment and use of its contents. To learn how to block the analytics cookies, please carefully read the cookies policy of the individual third parties, using the links provided below.
5) Profiling cookies
Profiling cookies serve in developing your user profile, based on preferences and interests that are demonstrated as you browse the internet. They may then be used to display advertising consistent with your profile, making the site more interesting and useful. The profiling cookies are installed by third parties, who act as independent data controllers.
You remain free to block the installation of analytics cookies, however this may prevent full access to the site or block your full enjoyment and use of its contents. If you decide to deactivate behavioural advertising based on cookies, you may still receive other advertising on the site, however the notices may not reflect your interests or the preferences that have been recorded in the browser you are currently using.
6) How to manage cookies or refuse their use
There are several options for managing, disabling and deleting cookies.
A) Change site settings from this page
Use the features provided in the table at the top of this page to disable or enable categories of cookies (technical, analytics and profiling).
B) Change your browser settings
Follow the instructions provided by the browser manufacturer on how to manage, disable or delete any or all cookies (technical, analytics and profiling)
- Explorer: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/196955/it
- Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=it
- Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/Attivare%20e%20disattivare%20i%20cookie
- Safari: https://support.apple.com/kb/PH17191?locale=it_IT
- Opera: http://help.opera.com/Windows/10.00/it/cookies.html
Please make your choices with care. If you block all cookies, including technical cookies, without providing an exception for this website, this may make it impossible for you to access the site or to use all or part of its features. Also, by deleting all cookies from your browser, including technical cookies, you may remove the preferences you have set when using our website, and you may no longer find products or services that were placed in your shopping cart.
B) Use interactive tools provided by third parties
To disable third-party cookies, please consult the privacy policies of the third parties who install the analytics or profiling cookies (see sections 4 and 5 above, respectively). These describe the tools you can use to manage, disable or delete the cookies, or more generally to refuse their use. Remember that if you disable the third-party cookies on our website, this effect extends to any other sites using the same cookies.
The ability to navigate our website and use its features will not be affected in any way. When you disable third-party cookies you will still see the cookies information banner on our homepage; however, in this case, by closing the banner, scrolling the homepage or clicking any element outside the banner, you will not receive the third-party cookies that you have correctly disabled.
C) Use the website www.youronlinechoices.eu/
Your Online Choices is a website managed by the non-profit European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA). The links provided here refer to the Italian version of the site www.youronlinechoices.eu/it, however it is also available in many other languages. The EDAA website provides information on behavioural advertising based on profiling cookies (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/it/a-proposito) and allows users to easily opt out of the installation of the main profiling cookies installed by advertisers and used on websites (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/it/le-tue-scelte). Before using this tool, we recommend that you carefully read the general terms and conditions of service of Your Online Choices (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/it/condizioni-generali-di-servizio), the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/it/faqs) and the User Guide (http://www.youronlinechoices.com/it/help).
Please use the EDAA services knowingly: although many global leaders in the use advertising cookies participate in Your Online Choices, some of the third parties who install cookies on our website may not have joined. The use of Your Online Choices therefore does not guarantee that you will or will not receive specific third-party cookies while browsing the site. Also, remember that if you delete all the cookies from your browser, this would also delete the technical cookies used by Your Online Choices to remember your choices, thereby reactivating the third-party cookies.
7) How can I disable cookies?
Most browsers automatically accept cookies; however they will also allow the choices not to receive or store them. You can do this by changing the security settings of the browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.). These browsers offer several settings for managing cookies and other tracking technologies, such as the choices to accept or decline all cookies, or be notified by a message allowing you to accept or reject cookies from the websites you visit. You can also delete all cookies installed in the browser’s cookie folder. Each browser has different procedures for managing settings.
